Damaged Card Return Policy: Upper Deck will replace damaged cards up to 8 months from the product's release date and until the stock is depleted. No more than 40 cards at a time can be sent in for replacement.

Sportscard Playground Tip: Don't wait to send in damaged cards. Stock is often depleted early, and especially for damaged game used and autograph cards. Insure your package (and/or ask for delivery confirmation) for your protection.

Damaged Card Return Policy: Topps requires a copy of your sales receipt, the bar code from the box, all empty wrappers, and a brief letter of explanation of the damage/problem with the product.

Sportscard Playground Tip: Topps is pretty good about standing behind bad collation. While you have to have proof of the problem (doubles and triples of certain cards, but none of others) and proof of purchase, many of our customers have gotten the cards they needed to complete sets by following Topps' rules. They will also replace more cards at a time than Upper Deck will. Use common sense with your request. Don't expect to receive short prints, variants, or only the better players from a set. Only legitimate problems should be reported. Again, insure your package (and/or ask for delivery confirmation) for your protection.

Damaged Card Return Policy: Donruss will replace damaged cards on a card-for-card basis up to 12 months after the product's release. Damaged sequentially numbered cards are replaced if an identical replacement card is still available. The serial number is re-stamped on the identical replacement card and the damaged card is destroyed. Brand new for the summer of 2008, a damage request form MUST be filled out on-line to aid in card replacement. To do so, go to www.donruss.com, click on "My Account", log in or register, click on "My requests" and then "New requests" to start a damage claim ticket. You will then be given the option to print a packing slip for your return. Include a copy of that slip with your return and print another for your records. As always, insure your package (and/or ask for delivery confirmation) for your protection.

Sportscard Playground Tip: We've always found Donruss/Playoff to be the most flexible and accommodating manufacturer when it comes to card replacement.
